Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle — creative collaborators in an architecture and design practice. The Stockholm-based duo infuses their designs with emotional value, communicated through the recognition of symbols and meaning.

"We often draw inspiration from everyday life," they say, describing their point of view, "and try to combine a rational approach with a bit of wit, and the clash between past and present."

Awards include the Elle Decoration Swedish Design Award for Designer of the Year in 2014, the Elle Decoration DesignPris in 2013, the Good Design Award, the Wallpaper Design Award, and the DesignPlus Award.
