International Shipping

As a service to our customers, we arrange the shipping of orders via one of our preferred carriers specializing in delivery of Furniture and Design Objects.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the product and the delivery address. Request Quote on the product page to receive a quote and a link to checkout with the delivery cost included.

Delivery Options

Two options are available at Request Quote:

• Curbside Delivery: Our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it in front of the building.
• White Glove Delivery: Our shipping partner will unload, unpack, check, and install the product in the room of your choice.

Delivery Date

Products in stock are typically shipped within 5-10 business days. However, the shipping time may vary based on the delivery address.

Products that are made to order will be shipped according to their manufacturing time, which varies depending on the specific product. The lead time for each product is indicated on the detailed product description page.

You can request a preferred delivery date, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as there are many factors that can affect international delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Follow Up

We will closely monitor delivery organized by RÅSTRÖM and keep you informed of its progress.

Fully Insured

All transports managed by RÅSTRÖM are insured and claims for freight damage must be made immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
