Shipping & Delivery

How We Ship

We arrange every delivery through carriers that specialize in furniture and design objects. Shipping is quoted for each order, based on the piece and the delivery address. 

Delivery Options

Curbside—our shipping partner unloads and delivers the piece to the front of the building.
White Glove—our shipping partner unloads, unpacks, inspects and installs the piece in the room of your choice.

    Delivery Date

    Made-to-order pieces ship once production in Sweden is complete; the lead time for each piece is listed on its product page.

    You are welcome to request a delivery date. We will do our best to meet it, though international transport means we cannot guarantee a specific day.

    Shipping & Delivery Follow Up

    We follow every delivery from Sweden to your project and keep you informed along the way. When an order includes several pieces, we deliver them together or as each one is ready—whichever suits your project.

    Insurance

    Every delivery arranged by RÅSTRÖM is fully insured. Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
