Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
Our products are made to order. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, and our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
To modify orders, returns, or cancellations, prior written approval from the manufacturer is required.
1. If you are returning a product due to our error, or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges you incurred when we sent the item to you, and we will also cover the costs of returning it to the manufacturer.
Defective products will be replaced within the normal production time required to reorder and manufacture the same product.
2. You must notify RÅSTRÖM if there is an error, or if the product is damaged or defective. You must return the product in its original condition.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days via email (hello@byrastrom.com) or by phone to arrange a return.
4. RÅSTRÖM will inspect all products that are returned as damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via email. We will process any refund owed to you as soon as possible. If RÅSTRÖM accepts the damaged or defective goods, products returned because they are damaged or defective will be fully refunded, including the cost of delivery for sending the item to you and the cost you incurred in returning the item to RÅSTRÖM.
Lighting will not be accepted for return if the product has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way.
Insured International Shipping & Delivery
As a service to our customers, we arrange the shipping of orders through one of our preferred carriers.
There are two available options:
- Curbside Delivery Service: Our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it in front of the building.
- White Glove Delivery Service: Our shipping partner will unload, unpack, check, and install the product in the room of your choice.
All transports managed by RÅSTRÖM are insured and claims for freight damage must be made immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).
If you choose to handle your own freight and delivery, please make sure to inform RÅSTRÖM of all the specific movement details. The fee for transferring the product from a manufacturer to a terminal for “customer’s own” pickup will be added to the total amount due. The location of the pick-up by the client or the client’s agent may trigger sales tax responsibility at that location. If a customer selects their own freight carrier, freight claims must be filed directly with the selected carrier. RÅSTRÖM is not responsible for a customer’s own or third-party freight damage and claim.
