Please be sure to include at least one of the following documents:

  • Valid business license verifying your interior design, architecture, buying, or other design-related business
  • Current membership in a major design organization (e.g. ASID, IIDA, NKBA, IDC)
  • Valid interior design accreditation or certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • Resale certificate
